Thank you for your post. My apologies for the frustration with your experience. Please be assured that Flowol 3 is designed to work with the FlowGo interface and the FlowGo does work correctly on all of our test computers.
I will work with you in order to get to the bottom of this problem as swiftly as we can.
Which version of Windows are you using?
Can you tell me whether you are using FlowGo connected via the Serial port or the USB port?
If the USB connection is being used, can you verify that when the FlowGo device is connected that the USB device is showing up in Windows Device Manager? And if it is, is it reported to be connected properly, and with which versions of the drivers?
When you say that the FlowGo box doesn't work, is an error message reported, or will it just not connect?
